Those Are Sweet Without A Doubt!! Never thought of airbrushing Plastics.:icon14: I've wanted an airbrush system for a long time but just never bought one. You can definitely do some very cool stuff with them.

I'm using spike it's new water based paint that's designed for soft plastics. Being water based there's no odors to deal with which is awesome! You have to clear coat it afterwards. They have a clear coat you can spray on. But the best thing to do is dip in clear plastisol. It really adds depth and makes the paint pop.

One of the easiest ways I know to air brush plastics is go to junk stores and flea markets . Buy a bunch of old clip boards . cut the board off even withe the clamp jaw . Rig them along the edge of a table or something so you can press the thumb tab to open them . Put the bait half in the jaw . Then take a embroidery loop and put your mesh in that . Holds the tension just right on the mesh to press it against the bait leaving one hand free to work the air brush . Clear coat when done .

Those look great RD. Fish candy. It amazes that there are so many ways to create fine, finished baits. You're mastering them quickly.

Thanks guys!

Eye, spike it developed this paint to be used on soft plastics so it's good to go. I have had 3D eyes start to bleed after several months. Silver and gold usually hold up... Red is bad about it.
