1/16 oz Ball Head w/ collar, chartreuse powder paint and blue glitter/clear powder paint mix. Blue over Chartreuse bucktail with krystal flash, metallic red embroidery thread neck.

Fatman, that's entirely possible. I have some metallic blue thread in my box as well. Doing that would probably help the glitter "pop".
