Someone was looking for a blue shade in powder paint and I can't find the darned thread!!!!!!! I do know a picture of his wife's luffa pad was posted as that was the color he was looking for. Here's the blue section from Columbia Coatings. Hope you find what your looking for.

Never realized it before or knowing me didn't look close enough - most of the powder you can change quantity from 1 lb. down to 1/2 lb. and then 2 oz. Might be looking for some new colors myself!!!!
