Going to miss me. I went in late this morning because i had to clear a deep drift across the front of the drive so my Cobalt could get to the road.

Hookup is going to be getting some of that as well i imagine. Stay warm.

Thanks Rad - They still haven't figured out our area track yet - depends on the wind direction how much we'll get here but I have enough already!!!!!LOL If we get 12" or more I'm gonna have to blow it in my neighbors yard.

Worst part of today was my son called me from kansas and he had all the windows and doors open as it was 75 degrees!!!! Little butthead!!LOL

Stay safe all!!

DC's not bad, but we got some many people living here that has never seen snow, a couple inches of snow on the ground means dangerous driving conditions. Also, the richies who own an AWD think they are immune to these conditions and still drive their SUVs like they stole them. Although I lived in CA for 20 years, I skied, chased trout & winter backpacked so am use to snow.

I'm lucky in the fact (or unlucky depending on how you look at it) that all I need is a computer and a telephone to do my job and I'm good.

It's cold, but proper layering is all one needs. Cracks me up when I get to the metro and see everyone in their fashionista clothing shivering while waiting for the train. Or worse yet, construction workers in cotton jeans, wet boots & a sweat shirt who have to work in the cold all day.

Just got done shoveling & cleaning the cars. We got 3" last night of light snow - easy to remove. About 2" yesterday of wet slush mess that turned into ice before it snowed last night. Wife's g/friend just called and said she couldn't get up the hill this morning in her 2WD toyota. Had to park & walk home.

Nothing bad but enough to slow things down ....

No snow overnight and just cold!! Drove dry roads to work and at home started at 930 and it wasn't till 1130 it started snowing at work - roads got really bad so left at 3pm and didn't get home till 430 then changed and went out and fired up the snow blower and cleared the driveway. Ended up with 5 1/2". Supposed to get another 3-5 Thursday into Friday and they're talking another coastal storm sometime next week. Running out of room to put it!
