Hey Len, got to thinking and I have tyed a single red thread to the body. Crazy Angler told me about this.......

Good looking jig there! Ragged I have heard the same thing about the single red thread. A fella in Oklahoma on lake Eucha told me about it. He was catching slabs like crazy and was a well seasoned gentleman, so I took his words to heart! Does seem to work.... somehow.

look at it this way.....you turn a bleeding fish back in the water or cut yourself, all you see is a string of blood.......just saying...

Do you mean adding the single red thread in the tail?

yes, put the red strand under the chennile and about tail length
