This is kind of a random bluegill jig. It needs to be tied on a smaller gold hook but #4 red is all I got right now. Then again most of the gills I've been catching have been on #4. The body is twisted marabou and wings are from a turkey wing feather.

Nice work, it looks awesome and I agree with Pup that it looks like the Water Boatman. I have done some wings like those using the UV cure, nice tying.
