I loved all the info in that. Hopefully I'll be able to start fishing some jigs like that.

The one "interesting" thing that stood out was how the gent kept referring to 1/8 oz jigs as "small". For me, that's a big jig. Of course, I know the saltwater guys are using jigs that weigh up to 5 oz, so everything is relative.....

Great Read...Thanks HJ...It brought a smile to my face when he mentioned my good friend Billy Westmoreland. We shared a many a meal and swept out many a fish scales from the floor as the tales were flyin'...He did like the Hoss Flys for sure...I made many crappie jigs for him before he passed away. He was one of a kind for sure...Funny thing, I was just trimming some aspirin heads for a guy and was thinking about Hos Flys before I read this.....small world....
