Temp 7 below , Wind Nrth @ 15 - 20 mph , Wind Chill - minus something . Anyone up for a revigerating swim ? LOL The ol truck started bairly , off to work I go .

Quint just to let you know where I use to live in Iowa it is a -3 with a stiff north wind. Yes to joy of pluging in your car and that joyful moment when it finally starts. Remember that time well as well as the two pair of sock days with heavy boots.

If it makes you feel any better it is 29 degrees down here with a 10 mph breeze. I let the fire die down in the stove and it was 68 degrees in the house. Put more wood in the stove fanned the flames and now its 72. Made for a good night sleep.

It was 34 when I got up this morning but the cold front is coming through and it's down to 11 right now w/15mph winds so the wind chill is well below 0. Tonight the ol weather man is talking double digit below temps plus more with the wind. I'm right inside where it's warm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cold and snow here too. I don't mind either one until Sunday - when i have to get out and haul 3 loads of water for the cistern. Today will be a full insulated carhart day and fighting with the drain valves freezing by the time i get home. Might be why i am on here - procrastinating at the moment.

Ledhed - you miss out on those already frozen fish though! I don't think you can get much better tasting fish than those that were pulled from near freezing water and tossed into a snow bank. Amazing how long they stay alive with out any water too.
