Backyard Buck

In my backyard I have a pile of corn and a game camera. Last night my wife and I looked out the back door and there were 6 does eating corn. This morning I pulled my card from the camera to see what kind of pics I had and here's what was there at 3:25 am.

Dang Scott you need to let those trolling batteries charge a little longer than normal and hunt that buck! I hate those corn hogging coons! I had 15 coons under my feeder Fri evening!

Ha ha I sat on my deck till dark with my .270 this evening till dark. I might have to get that spotlight out myself like I recommended you do Ronny.

That's a nice buck. Love me some of that backstrap. Take him down and we can make a swap for some Ramen noodles!

Well Scott I guess I shoulda listened to ya cause I never saw the one I was hunting. My season is over now and this one is still roaming the woods! I passed up several nice ones waiting on this sucker. I have a pic somewhere of this one standing next to the 8 pt I killed. Mine was 17 inches and this deer made him look like a basket rack!
