Got to work again. Poured, painted, cured then sorted. I got 46 bags packaged by 10's and 4 four pack bags. Between these and plowing snow, I have been busy. At least there done now.
There calling for snow here till mid week so it might be awhile till I get back to the bench.

Dude that is disgustingly clean!!!!!!LOL Nice setup!!

Lol. Give it time. Thanks
I just moved my area back out of the basement. Trust me when I say my tying area gets pretty messy. This table might help keep it organized and cleaner though.

I have a corner computer desk in the basement. This is a kobalt work bench from lowes and makes a pretty good tying area.

I might use the basement desk for my pouring station soon as I get a fan to build an exhaust hood.

I don't think my wife is thrilled that I moved back up stairs.lol She hasn't said much YET!
The kobalt bench was bought for her craft area. I told her I can use it for tying too because that is guy's craft stuff. I ain't lying, am I?

Got it. Thanks.
I'm the Boss in this household! And I have my wife's permission to say so!

Anyway. I'm pretty happy with the paint I got. The galaxy black is real nice, but I think it works better with out the fluidbed. At least for my bed anyway. It is very fine and even with the air turned down to almost nothing it still kicks a lot of dust.
I'll try to get some close ups of the painted heads.

My color like that is green chartreuse - although it works in the fluid bed I have better luck with dipping also. Now just got to figure out the darned white!!!! LOL

Hoping your Galaxy black is shiner than the stuff I have from Pro-Tec might just have to get a bit after I see yours.

The black I have is very shiny. Hard to get a good picture but here is the black.

Here are the colors. Top left is chartreuse yellow. Top right is galaxy black. Bottom left is pearl white. Bottom right is chartreuse green. The pearl white looks grey in the picture for some reason.

When I started tying jigs I used nail polish for the heads. I was only going to do a few of them. Before long I had 12-14 bottles of nail polish. Some of the lighter colors took 3-4 coats of nail polish before they looked good. So I switched over to powder paint. There is still 1 bottle of nail polish that I use.....it is Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear #24 Black Out. One coat coverage and it has a nice shine. I don't have a black powder paint. I'm happy with the black nail polish.

No problem! Thanks for the vise! It came today already!!! I haven't got to do much. Had to change an alternator on my truck and get back to plowing. I just got in. I'll be headed back out in a few hours.
