......and the best 'framing' you had was the stop sign at the corner of Chicago St.?!?!? haha Can you imagine what the lake looked like at that moment? That is an amazing sky. Looks like it is on fire. The whole world feels like it is glowing when that happens, and for such a short time. Love being out at sun down.

Its Chicago ave...thanks..Dont know why but we do have a yankee section of town..all alphabetical streets..there's boston,detroit, elgin,,,,,,,,,,,,,blah.blah,blah ;
W do have some very nice sunsets out here(no trees to block it

It took me awhile before i figured out it said Chicago - tilted my laptop screen all over trying to read it. Can't read it at all here at work. Like the 2nd pic even better with the flecks of blue sky mixed in.

Great pictures!!!!! I miss the sunsets out on the prairie lakes of Iowa. Down here in the piney woods of East Texas we have some very pretty sunsets over the trees but can't compare to the ones on the plains of the Mid-West.
