Articulated crappie jigs

I used a #6 Matzuo Aberdeen sickle for the stinger hook and added blades to a couple of these crappie baits which average about 2.5 inches long. Should be killer spider riggen. I'm curious to see how the swivel works out.... The are all great tyes, and the duck is my fav.

No swivels are used in the articulated jigs. Thin wire is used to connect the two with a couple beads between the two to keep the trailer hook in position.

Yup, got to minimize those down turned and helter skelter hooks whenever possible. Those should nab all the short nippers.

Ronnie, I'm thinking about doing some of the tail gunners and a few Boolies as well soon. Really want to go fishing but have to be patient while the shoulder is healing. Don't want to go through that again. Lot's of possibilities and ideas going with these for me. Also curious as to which hook gets more fish since the rear stinger hook will be moving side to side.
