Well.... I was told that my crew change was not going to happen this coming week...as planned. I should have known it was April fool's day, as I have played many a joke myself about crew changes not happening. BUT... I got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, after a day of troubles that lasted well in to the night... And was not in the mood for the jokes!!
I think every possible expletive possible came out of my mouth, and this coona$$ was red with fury!!! I wouldn't have believed it, had it come from a crew member...but it came from one of the oil company men on board who control the helicopter flights.
Needless to say... I raised bloody Hell at my morning meeting.... Until they couldn't hold it in any more, and they all busted out in laughter! I have warned them all not to turn their backs on me...revenge is always sweeter!
Needless to say.... The joke is on me!
They all know I came back early, and am anxious to go home...... The bastards!
