Not positive but sure it has to do with fishing private ponds and or gravel pits.
I know the technique but not sure of the materials…that you either keep OR leave behind.

Google search only pulled up some Razor scooter trick. Something tells me you didn't go out and get your self a scooter and trying to learn a stunt....... but i could be wrong!
