Does anybody know what vise this is?I'm going to be needing the turn down screws for the vise jaws soon as the rear one is getting kinda wore out from all of them 8/0 hooks. You have to tighten it up way to much anymore.Other then that this vise is solid as a rock. The vise on the left.

I want to say it's a renzetti custom handled vise. But looking at the Terra Vise site it could be a knockoff too. I'll see what else I can come up with!!

SB,

Does your vise have "India" stamped anywhere on it? If so, it may be an older Sunrise rotary vise. Here's a link to their web site, though I don't believe they archive older models from their catalog. They do provide contact information for e-mail, so you could send them the picture and ask them if it's one of their older models.

Looks like my eBay ex - Terra Rotary. Worked OK but adjusting the double screws + O-ring tensioner for different size hooks was tedious.

I think I had a Griffith like that but it was on a stand similar to the vise on the right . Ex wife has it now . Gotta hand it to the old gal she learned how to tie a jig lickety split .
