Well, after having the air brush sitting in my garage for over a month, I decided to get it out and give it a try. I set up a box on its side, heated up a spinner (what I really wanted it for) and a 3 oz. minnow head. Well, it does work, but I don't think the over spray is worth it. Even if I collect it and put it back into the jar, seems like more trouble than it's worth.

I do want to try it on the 6 and 8 oz. ball jigs because they are a royal pain to paint 2 color and worry about the swivel mounted to the eye on it. Maybe it will all get easier the more i use it, but there is still that over spray.

The over spray was an issue with me also. You can build your self a small recovery box - something else to clean.

Probably work out great for the big stuff.

I'm thinking big stuff = more over spray lol. I will try it again though on the big fluke balls. I do see you can get some affects with the air brush that I could not get using the paint brush.
