The magical fruit!!!!! Yum. Beans are a must in our household. Then again, wife prefers vegetarian chili, so i'm used to eating veg's where a lot would question it. Roasted veggies on cast iron over hot coals has actually become one of my absolute favorite meals. I know..... bit crazy.
linked wurst of any kind need no beans. I do like beans and chili with wurst of any kind and a dark beer. Other wise I will have to agree that for bowl chili or Frito pie it has got to have beans in it. Rad I think that the rest of the country even looks at chili different than us Texans. Mid west chili is bland compared to what we eat in Deep east Texas. Our chili is bland compared to what they eat in the DFW area and am sure that the chili further south of us is hotter too.Very regional type of food..
Can't argue with ya about that FM, but it could be the crown too. But your missin it, I didn't say I didn't like beans. Its just that when you add them to chili, its no longer chili. It's Chili-N-Beans... Oh yea, caught another 2lbr this mornin...
I wouldnt always admit it,but I normally do put the beans in ...Lat night yall were so slow in helping me make my decision I didnt get to add them in time..... Went the true Texas way....It was ok but I still prefer em...
