....isn't just for the girls anymore!!!! A couple of new goodies for my peak. The riser raised it two inches. And the waste basket might save me a little house cleaning....... MAYBE!!!

You guys would laugh your buts off if you could see my vices I actually use . Its cast iron lever action Thompson that I use the most and the pile of feathers around me looks like somebody hit a chicken with a car . Good luck on keeping it clean around there Bro P.S. Aim the Fan Up and Away Unless you want to come out looking like the son of big bird .

Yea its not even on the radar. Way to far back to do me any good. But a light of some type would be handy!

LOL, the fan got me in trouble in the first place... I have a decent shed in the back yard that works good in the winter, but its gonna need A/C for use this time of year.

I always thought the stem on the Peak was a bit short. Let us know how the basket works out.

I do use the material clip spring on my Danvise, but that's mainly cause I'm cheap and don't cut my chenille in shorter lengths to avoid wasting it. So most of the time I have two to four yards of chenille hanging on. ;)

LOL I'm the same way! I would use it off the skein if I could just to save some of it from going in the trash. I have a box with little short pieces I keep to use on flies. :):)

I think we ALL have a bin full of short pieces and not just chenille, hackle rubber legs pieces of feather. One of these days I'm gonna to a junk tie with nothing but stuff from there.

Yea, and I bet it will catch fish too....

Spent a little time playin with the stuff, and I have to say they are both good addition. The additional height added the extra room I needed, because I'm kinda tall. And the basket made cleanup a bunch easier. Had to turn the fan on low or stuff would drift and without the extra height it would be to crowded. But all things considered they work fine together. But if you have to sneeze I would deff. turn your head.

Thanks for the report, the more I look at the vise the more I like it, but I'm gonna have to get one of the guys in the local club to let me tie on his before I do anything else.
