There is some confusion with sizing swivels. The Mustad size I want is a #16 which equates to European/Chinese #8. The smallest Mustad makes, now, is #14 which is a #7.

Geez, that vendor has 78 negative feedbacks in the last 30 days...and the product description says "ball bearing". Are they smooth spinning?

Shorty's has similar looking swivels #8 & #10 for $33 / 1,000. I use the #4s (#7 American) for Do-it Inline sinkers (small sizes) and am almost thru 10K with no complaints. Spin quality is mediocre but acceptable for the $41 price.

Are Mustads available in bulk?

At this point Keith I would have ordered them from Black Bart. I think the roller bearing comes out in the translation - but I have also got some ball bearing swivels from China.
Haven't tried them in water but they seem to spin free - not much difference visually

I did a little measuring and the length stated in the listing is same size as my #12 swivels. Let me know how they turn out. The price is good so might need to get some myself.

Giving up on Mustads - too expensive for me. Haven't seen the KVDs.

I think the photos for swivels are mis-leading Jim. Ordered 2K swivels from England, pic looked right, to find out they were too small - they are #10.

Think I bought him out Ronnie - if you need some shoot me a PM.

If any swivels are too small I want some. If you say they are too small they must be tiny. Need something for the 00 willows.
