For the last 4 years the West Tx crew, has had an annual March/April trip to Jarred's (westtxfisherman) cabin at Lake Stamford. And this year was no exception......
Except, there was NO Fishin... :dodgy: Rods never even came out of the truck..
Saturday afternoon kitchen, dinning and utility room floors were torn out,and new subfloor work began, until the early morning hours..
Might have finished a little earlier, but an errant knife created an electrical issue, that caused a little delay
Come Sunday the real work began..400 + sq feet of new wood look vinyl planks were installed, with at least half of the adhesive used actually ended up on the floor.
All the hard surface work was finished a little after lunch, and the Carpet tools made the debut...
Finished the last two rooms this morning, and got all the furniture back in..
All said and done there were 400 sq ft of plywood installed, floated and prepped,400 sq ft of planks installed,120+ yards of carpet, pad, tack strip etc....installed ...and hopefully
Should only take a week or two to work all the soreness out :beat-up:
Cabin looks like a million bucks now,but Im not sure I want to get the call for next Springs trip......
