1 fish 2 fish 3 fish Redfish & low quality video

Went wading today and found some big schools of Reds and ended up catching around 17 fish... Most were on Shrimp and hooked 7 larger fish with jigs but lost them for unknown reasons, Maybe I should check the hook I also had a nice Snook using a jerk bait in the mangroves
Nothing huge but a nice fish for the grill

Maybe, but I like cooking them the healthy way....
1. Cook some bacon
2. put bacon grease on side burner in a cast iron skillet on high heat
3. start eating bacon while seasoning Redfish
4. when grease is good and hot put in fillets
5. eat more bacon
6. turn over fillets
7. bacon again
8. take out fillets and enjoy

I have heard that cooking Kingfish and Wahoo is good that to but never tried it.
As for the camera I keep it in my backpack and just start shooting when the fish is about done fighting.
