I tied these up for river smallies and walleye. They are 1/8 pillhead spinners poured on 2/0 MUSTAD 32798 jig hook,6mm silver and gold eyes, three colors of flash, badger and grizzly hackle with chinchilla crosscut rabbit strips. I used a spinner similar to this with some chartreuse in it and caught my biggest crappie of the year with it.A 16 incher, unfotunately forgot the camera and was the only crappie I caught so I released it. Length of these are 3.5 to a little over 4 inches in length.

Simple black/gray color scheme and lots of flash...... those WILL put fish on the end of your line! I like the flat eye-forward hooks too, they should make nice little swimming baits.

Fm,it's a custom mold made by Crazy Angler a couple years ago. These baits have a subtle side to side wobble. I just got bought some Mustad 28 degree bend jig hooks that I'm going to pour when they get here. Should make a great swimming spinnerbait.

I buy whole crosscut skins, tried cutting my own before and butchered the skins. All colors are in strips and you get about 48 strips per skin. I make 3-4 spinnerbaits or bass jigs per strip unless I tie something in a 4/0.

Wow! your'e killin me! that is one heck of a job on those baits. that would be a great bait on those clear lakes I fish, for largemouth and schoolie stripers. I love the head shape combined with that style bait, along with the eyes!

Wow. I can imagine how they'd seduce fish with the wobble you mention Jim combined with the blade's sonic attraction. Beautiful.
