Just started pouring/painting my own jigs for Walleyes on the Columbia River. Here are few pics of some whistler pig jigs that I recently did. Please critique.

NW fishing???? Nice colors. Looking real good! Are you tapping? Really like the orange is that custom blend? How is the prop working for you? What size are those 1/4?

Not a thing bad to say of those custom whistlers! Sweet sharp hooks. Clean ties and looks to be a decent gap to let the prop spin. Nice paint and very tough to keep the hook eyes clean when they are nearly flush with the head like that. :cool: Looks like you have done your homework!

Thanks. Yes I am tapping accent colors over a base color. The orange is just a base of blaze orange with watermelon flake on top and a bit on bottom with candy red tapped nose. The props are 1". That is a 5/8 oz. head, 4/0 gama, size 2 owner stinger.

Thanks. Yes, I'm trying to leave about an 1/8" gap between stinger and bead. My walleye jig mold seems a bit off so it is a little tricky keeping the lead out of the eye when pouring. I'm just using some shrink tube over the eye when painting which works great.
