1/16 oz walleye head (#4 Black Sickle) w/ 3mm silver eyes (wanted 4mm in red, but Hard to get on, and didn't have 3mm in red)
Fl Chart paint with Clear Glow Topcoat
Cactus Blu-Minnow chenille
Blue glow flash
Chart Barred Hackle (3 feather tips)

Very nice tie with interesting colors.

A very good color combo.

Well, I field tested this morning. Caught 11 on it, a few good ones, 8 keepers. Had some pictures with it in their mouths, but wife called and I threw my phone overboard (Not on purpose!)
