I'm starting to work on some trout jigs. Thought I'd share this one from last night. 1/32 #6

Nice tie Andy - that should get hit no problem. Alot of patterns you can get away with how your hook is mounted in the pic - others you'll have to tie them with the hook point up, especially dry and wet fly patterns.

if you look in the current jig swap I posted my tiny Renegades on #10 hooks - doesn't matter what way you put the hook as it will look the same tied either way.

Dunno what Doug is talkin bout (though sure he's right) but thats the only position this idjit can tie anything. Dunno nada bout trout, unless they're speckled, but I can see that beauty filling a stringer of gills.
