These were tied using a little flash and badger and grizzly hackle tips, a very simple tie with leftover tips that I had been saving. I dyed all the feathers myself when they were still on the skin. Hook is a #10 sickle. With the water getting cold here lately the fish have been wanting a snack instead of a meal. Baits like this have been catching most of them.View attachment 3View attachment 4

Very nice Jim! Water temp has been in the low 40's. Bite has been slow, so will have to go smaller. Those would catch crappie here in Maine! Nice work..

Really nice!!! The hackle tips make a fantastic prfile on thos chub heads, and what size are those eyes? I can't imagin a 1/8" diameter eye on a 1/64oz jig! Nevertheless, those will catch fish anywhere, anytime, great dettails for such a small jig, awesome work!

The eyes are 3mm,second pic are glow eyes. I tie these with 70 ultra thread and like leaving a couple strands of red thread trail further behind the baits to simulate a wounded minnow. I did this accidently once and caught so many fish on that jig that now I do it on purpose.
