I finally found them.Grubfarmer sent me some of these catfish heads awhile back, years. They were painted brown and had eyes in them already.Once I saw them,I had to tye a couple up.First one I tried palmering some olive marabou, with some yellow on the belly.Dry it looks excellent, but, once wet the profile is very skinny.Looks like a catfish that has never ate a meal, lol. The second one,I used the brown on the backside of a bucktailIt's a natural one with an orange belly.Looks much better.Looks like the river box will get a few today.

You should tie a couple of those up using rabbit zonkers and cross-cut rabbit strips . Those would be killer !!!

Cool looking jigs . Can't say I ever saw anything like them. Darn nice job tying them up too. I'm gonna think about making a silicone 2 part mold like that .

Very cool. I've seen those heads or similar ones that have plastic body on them.

I like yours better of course! :)

Probably 7 miles.I have never put in there as of yet. Will be hitting it very soon. That part of the Juniata is where I grew up as a kid.If you had a Mepps #2 Aglia, that's all you needed.
