I havn't tied any of these for a couple of months but after seeing Stump's tutorial I had to tie some of these up. I did a half dozen of each color. One color,Bright Purple keeps coming up a blue color in the pictures for some reason.What's up with that ??? These are 1/4 oz. on a 2/0 hook.

Very nice jigs. I live right behind one of the best small mouth bass rivers in Indiana and don't even fish it. I only buy a Michigan fishing license.Yes I need to get some of those heads!!

Hawn, they are Mustad 32746 Ultra Points. They are sharp but I think Owner's can't be beat for sharpness, I love them. The VMC Barbarian cone cut is another good one,heavier wire and lower price than the Owner's,not quite as sharp though. Thanks everyone, I need to get some of these wet. Smallie season here is closed until Memorial Day and even though I never keep them I don't bother them during the spawn.

They would also be Murray Cod killers down here too (native fish, grows to 100 pounds, though I like the aboriginal name of goodoo) Jim. Can see them pulsing though an outback river.
