View attachment 1 Awhile back RonDon posted pics of this head and I really liked them so I sent some hooks to him and he poured some for me. Weights on the heads are about 1/4 and 3/8 oz. Here's a few I tied with bunny strips. Thanks Ronnie, I like how they turned out and I know it wasn't easy pouring these. How did you do them ?? View attachment 3View attachment 4

I was sitting here thinking the same thing. They look like the Civil war Maxi balls. Very nice work on these jigs.

Wow those look great Jungle! Those light wire hooks took me a bit to figure out but i got 'em to work. I was sitting there and had some soft plastic trimmings laying next to me. I took a piece of plastic and put it at the bottom of the head where the collar stops. It worked! Never in a million years would i thought it would have held up to those temps! You like the collar on those?

Thanks everyone, they look better in hand, just can't get all the colors to show. I've been doctoring the strips with permanent fluorescent markers, the last one has pink and blue in it but didn't show in the picture. Ronnie, I have some Gamakatzu 111's which is a heavy duty sproat hook in size 3/0. The wire is heavy duty and would probably work well in that mold. I'll have to send you some of those to try. They only fit in two of my molds.

Those are some BE-U-TI-FULL ties! The green has to be my favorite as for just over-all look but would guess the white/red throat will stack up the fish count.

If you plan on tying bunny bodies crosscuts make it so much easier. I actually buy more crosscuts because other materials make good tails like saddle and neck hackle, silicone rubber, marabou and probably other things I havn't tried yet.
