3/16 road runners and 1/16 pillhead spinners. Some are with some tumbled, polished rock or rock crocs. Three hobbies in one picture. Crocs were made using a two part resin and added some polished rock.View attachment 9View attachment 1

The hook is a #1 Mustad 37188 wide gap. I've seen Barlow's carry the smaller sizes 2-6 but found the #1's at Captain Hooks. This size will be discontinued once they are gone so I need to order more if they still have some. Was sticking some fish earlier this year with the smaller sizes. The hook penetrates well on the hook set, barely have to set the hook. Probably what I should be using now with the bad shoulder.

Think I'm going to make a croc with jigs in them. Haven't done that yet. Problem is tied jigs get air pockets in the feathers and chenille. I do have plenty of jigs though.

Years ago I was going to get into making stuff similar to your croc and remember reading a trick to keep air bubbles out of stuff. Can't remember what it was, but if you google around, you should find it.

I've seen people cast hairy spiders and other critters with no bubbles.
