My Fair Flies

This stuff that I did for the fair back in September and won a blue ribbon in district.

My salmon fly on a 10/0 hook. I was pressed for time and couldn't find the right fly hook. A friend of mine gave this salt hook to work on. Originally it was suppose to have a peacock eye but the eye was still too big. So I went with this design.

This one was done on a size 8 fly hook. It is a white/ lavender rabbit zonker with a little flashabou in the tail.

My bucktail Streamer with some midge flash done a size 8 fly hook.

Great-looking flies. :cool: Congratulations on your ribbon. The exaggerated salmon fly is very cool. :icon14:

Thanks guys! I tied those dudes 2 hours before the entries were due to be entered in the fair. Should have read the entry book better..LOL!
