|December 2012 SHOWCASE
As the William Cowper saying goes..... "Variety is the spice of life, that gives it all its flavor."
This rings true with fishing in my book. Sometimes, the fish want a small bait and other times,
they are looking for a full days worth of protein in one bite. Big baits can catch big fish
under certain circumstances. You can't go wrong with having a selection of both
small and subtle baits along with bolder, attention grabbing lures.
This tied jig is meant to be fished along with a plastic of pork trailer to increase the bulk even more.
The silicone skirt material adds to the size and movement, no matter what trailer is chosen.
Jig'n'pig lures are very popular among bass anglers for good reason, so it makes perfect
sense to dial the colors and size in to your own specs that match your
fishing style by creating you own custom bait.
